Groups for Kids, Teens, and Families
Groups meet once per week for forty-five or sixty minutes.
- New Parent Coaching -offering weekly strategies and information for new parents to foster relationship and development of newborns through 12 months.
- Tiny Talkers (ages 12-24 months, child and parent(s) group) floor time activities)- parent coaching
- Making Friends (ages 2 years-4 years, child and parent(s) group) book, music, craft, snack
- Being Friends (school age children)4-7 and 8-11-interest based groups that focus on understanding and responding to peers in a social setting
- Socially Speaking (adolescents and young adults)-learn how to understand and respond in a variety of social settings-groups held in clinic
- Community Partners (teens and adults)-meet at scheduled community events -COMING SOON
- Emotional Regulation and Coping Skills
- Parent Connection Group
developmental play group (ages 12 months-4 years, child, siblings and parent(s) group); facilitated by a Speech Therapist and Occupational Therapy Assistant
